For leaders of growing tech companies

A follow-through platform for leaders

Pick one shift that matters — strategic clarity, outcome orientation, or a new operating model.

We make it visible, match you with peers on the same shift, and guide you through it week by week until it becomes the new normality.

Visual shift journey dashboard

You already know what to shift. Following through is the hard part.

Every leader already knows what needs to shift. The presentation is written. The team has heard the speech. The framework is bookmarked.

And yet a month later, the team is still in delivery mode. The decision didn't stick. The shift stalled somewhere between the all-hands and workday morning.

This is the messy middle. It's where most progress dies and where KoThinker lives.

01 — Who

Who it's for

You're a CEO or founder of a product company with 5–150 employees. You have revenue. You have a team. You have a vision.

You can feel you're ready to move faster than you currently are.

You're in this if…

  • You've said "we need to be more outcome-driven" more than once
  • You've bought the tools, attended the events, read the books
  • Your team is competent at delivery but doesn't drive direction
  • You're carrying the shift alone and miss situational feedback
Pick your shift
02 — How

How it works

  1. 1Pick your shift. Strategic clarity, outcome thinking, or operating model. The one that's loudest in your world right now.
  2. 2See it unfold. Your shift becomes a visual journey — every decision, experiment, and milestone in one place. Not another chat log to scroll back through.
  3. 3Move week by week. An AI companion that knows your shift suggests the next meaningful action, helps you plan it, and reviews what happened. Curated methodology, not open-web answers.
  4. 4With peers on the same shift. Five other leaders running the same shift at the same time. Discussion sessions monthly on platform, twice a year face-to-face, async between.
  5. 5See your shift progress and make it stick. Behaviour that holds, not a strategy that fades.
03 — Why

Why it works

  • See your shift, don't just carry it.

A visual journey replaces the mental load of "where am I with this?"

  • Peers on the same shift, at the same time.

Not a coach. Not a network. Five other leaders living the exact thing you're living.

  • AI that produces movement.

Not a chatbot, not a framework library. One clear next action at a time.

  • Always your real business.

No theory lectures, no generic frameworks. Your actual company, your actual week.

  • Proven learning science underneath.

Observe → act → reflect → discuss → teach. The loop that actually moves behaviour.

Pick your shift

Pick the shift that's loudest in your world.

We don't sell tools or courses. We help you stick a specific shift, the kind that takes months, changes how your business operates, and usually stalls in the messy middle. Start with the one costing you most right now.

Strategic clarity

We're busy but not going anywhere.

Strategy & focus3–6 months

The pain

Revenue has plateaued, a competitor is moving, or AI is shaking the category. The team is working hard on twenty things. The top three that actually matter aren't clear. Saying no feels hard.

Why it stalls

  • Fear of missing out on opportunities keeps the list long
  • Stakeholders keep pushing for "and also this"
  • Killing projects feels like failure, not focus

WHAT CHANGES WHEN IT STICKS

A sharpened value proposition and principles that guide each day. Team time on your top 3 bets moves to 70%+. The whole team can answer "why us, why now" the same way.

Outcome orientation

We ship a lot, but nothing changes.

Product & team culture3–9 months

The pain

Your team measures progress by velocity and features shipped. But adoption metrics are soft, AI tools sit unused, and "we shipped it" keeps getting treated as success. The problem isn't capability, it's how "a good week" gets defined.

Why it stalls

  • Tolerating uncertainty about impact feels unsafe
  • Stakeholders want visible output, not honest outcomes
  • Velocity is the easiest proxy to manage to and the hardest to let go of

WHAT CHANGES WHEN IT STICKS

OKRs measure behaviour change, not output. Features and internal tools ship with adoption metrics. AI tools actually shift workflows. The discovery-to-delivery ratio moves from ~10/90 toward a healthier mix.

Operating model

The company only works because I'm in the room.

Leadership & org design4–12 months

The pain

You and other founders have become bottlenecks. Cross-functional work runs on ad hoc processes from the early days. The company has outgrown the operating model it was built on.

Why it stalls

  • Founders have to shift from doer to leader
  • Wrong decisions that aren't catastrophic have to be tolerated
  • Trust has to move from personal relationships to systems

WHAT CHANGES WHEN IT STICKS

Founder time on day-to-day ops drops. You stop being the answer to every important question. Decisions get made at the right level, not escalated to the top by default.

Each shift is a standalone journey with its own outcome. Start with the one that's loudest now. The other two compound — strategic clarity makes outcome thinking easier; outcome thinking builds the habit that makes a new operating model actually run.

The gap between knowing and shifting

You've got the AI tools open. You've bought the course. You're in the WhatsApp group with other founders. And the shift you're trying to make still isn't moving as fast as you are.

A shift that sticks in the company

AI tools help you think. Courses help you learn. Communities help you feel less alone. None of them are built to close the gap between knowing and doing. That's our job.

About Aive

Aive Uus — founder, builder, and a CEO during rapid growth

Aive has spent the last decade building tech organisations from the inside. As CEO, she scaled a software company from a small team to well over a hundred people — learning, the hard way, how much harder it is to make strategy actually move than to write it down.

She was also an interim CPO of and innovational coding school, a platform that proved career shifts happen through doing, not through lectures.
She's spent years training, mentoring, and facilitating leaders of growing tech companies on strategy, product principles, and organisational clarity.

The pattern she kept seeing: leaders don't lack knowledge. They lack follow-through. The strategy exists. The team has heard the speech. Nothing moves.

KoThinker is the platform she wishes she'd had for herself as a CEO, and for every leader she's trained since.

A short, honest note

How we got here

The initial KoThinker founders wearing KoFounder hoodies, gathered together
Initial KoThinker founders

KoThinker started as co-thinking platform for product leaders. People loved the peer bond, the accountability, the feeling of not being alone and receiving situational feedback. We have years of testimonials and one very clear pattern: the magic is in the structure and engaging environment that helps through the messy middle.

So we rebuilt the product with: same belief in peer accountability; same commitment to action over theory. New focus: making one specific shift stick by adding also visual journey, AI companion, and even more organized peer accountability.

Vision

A world where growing companies don't waste their best people on strategy that isn't executed, endless meetings, and outputs without value.

Mission

To make follow-through the default — not the exception — for leaders of the tech companies shaping what comes next.
